The Manager, Clinical and Financial Systems is responsible for Clinical Systems including Surgery, Radiology/PACS and Laboratory Systems. This involves all project management tasks including planning, design, implementation, end-user support, and maintenance of assigned systems. The Manager will work closely with the Director to develop methods, procedures, and techniques of monitoring, controlling and maintaining the integrity of enterprise-wide systems data. The Manager has project management responsibility and completes evaluations for the staff who work on any systems for which the Manager has primary responsibility.
A BS degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university. A minimum of five years Information Systems complex project management responsibilities, experience in a hospital environment is required. Demonstrated project management skills using s structured methodology approach. Strong conceptual skills with a demonstrated ability to anlayze complex functions, procedures and practices to find logical, efficient solutions. Strong communication and management skills with the ability to effectively work with all levels in the organization. Ability to lift objects of medium weight, move about the organization campus, near visual acuity and manual dexterity to perform close tolerance work and proficient in use of keyboard
